Mobile Doorman, the leading white-label app solution for the multifamily industry, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Client Success team in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our building partners.

Tech support is a crucial area of the business where we have a chance to interact directly with our customers and Mobile Doorman team. Customers tend to remember their interactions with support staff more than their regular interactions with our software, and because of that, our Customer Support Specialist will be critical in providing an outstanding experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound customer and team support tickets
  • Triage, assign severity, resolve or escalate tickets
  • Work closely with tech team to execute timely and satisfactory client resolutions
  • Follow up with other teams to provide timely responses to customers
  • Build and maintain strong client relations through professional emailing practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Customer Service Experience (tech-related and Zendesk experience are a plus)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain attention to detail
