Job Description

DigitalMint is seeking a Customer Support Associate to assist and teach our customers about cryptocurrency. You will be answering customer phone calls, emails and chats, while managing your workflow on our helpdesk system. In this role you will also act as a liaison between the DigitalMint development team and our business partners. YOU are the reason our businesses and customers choose DigitalMint again and again! This role is a fit for you if you love speaking with passionate cryptocurrency enthusiasts and helping customers with their purchases.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer support tickets, calls, and emails in a professional and prompt manner
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues while educating customers on resolutions
  • Escalate tickets to appropriate team members based on severity
  • Provide updates, status and completion information to management
  • Develop and in-depth knowledge of all DigitalMint services and cryptocurrency
  • Support DigitalMint location partners, including onboarding, training and equipment maintenance
  • Assist in the QA process of new releases of the software

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer support experience
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Able to collaborate well with a team, but can also manage your workload independently
  • Experience with support ticketing systems (ex: FreshDesk, Zendesk, etc)
  • A passion for technology. Knowledge of Windows, iOS a plus
  • Working knowledge of Bitcoin wallets and blockchain is a plus
