You will be expected to wear many hats including:

Customer Training

1. Ongoing account setups, customer trainings (webinar or on-site), and follow-ups.
2. Travel in-State and out-of-State (overnights as needed) for trainings and product deployment.
3. Keep up-to-date with product developments.
4. Support our 24*7 hotline by taking share of after-hour calls incl. weekends and weekdays.

Project Management

1. Take responsibility for on-time implementation and product delivery.
2. Keep track of customer requests and opportunities.
3. Be the customer advocate.
4. Identify surprises and take action before the client.

Technical Interpreter

1. Translate complex technical processes into simple user language.
2. Create training aids and videos.
3. Understand the entirety of the AlertMD workflows.
4. Create resources for sales and executive presentations.

What you’ll need in your tool-bag:

• You have a good understanding of software and healthcare.
• You think like the owner and get the job done. No"ifs". No "buts".
• You deal well with change and have an eagerness to learn.
• You spend Saturdays and Sundays working to improve your skill set.
• You can calmly take "heat" from others and kill 'em with kindness.
