You will be expected to wear many hats including:
Customer Training
- Ongoing account setups, customer trainings (webinar or on-site), and follow-ups.
- Travel in-State and out-of-State (overnights as needed) for trainings and product deployment.
- Keep up-to-date with product developments.
- Support our 24*7 hotline by taking share of after-hour calls incl. weekends and weekdays.
Project Management
- Take responsibility for on-time implementation and product delivery.
- Keep track of customer requests and opportunities.
- Be the customer advocate.
- Identify surprises and take action before the client.
Technical Interpreter
- Translate complex technical processes into simple user language.
- Create training aids and videos.
- Understand the entirety of the AlertMD workflows.
- Create resources for sales and executive presentations.
What you’ll need in your tool-bag:
- You have a good understanding of software and healthcare.
- You think like the owner and get the job done. No"ifs". No "buts".
- You deal well with change and have an eagerness to learn.
- You spend Saturdays and Sundays working to improve your skill set.
- You can calmly take "heat" from others and kill 'em with kindness.
