  • Job Description Summary

    Primary responsibility is to train end users on CCC software for Insurance Companies using multiple training delivery methods: classroom instructor- led, demonstrations, webinars, audio, or video conferencing. Ensure users are set up correctly and provided with initial implementation training as it pertains to their job function. Create training agendas, exercises, videos, and edit job aids and other training support material.

     

    Job Duties

    • Travel (85%) to customer sites throughout the United States to train on all CCC products.

    • Preparation, follow-up and reporting are an integral part of the position. 

    • Install and Configure software on a variety of customer PC's.

    • Learn our client’s hardware then train the end user on their specifics (laptops, digital Cameras, claims tracking system).

    • Communicate training results and customer status, both verbal and written documentation.

    • Identify and communicate hardware and software glitches, and document for others in the organization.

    • Update customer information (history, product usage etc).

    • Develop and maintain expertise in all CCC product lines.

    • Continuous improvement of technical instructional quality of training; which includes delivery and presentation skills.

     

    Qualifications

    • BA, BS Degree or equivalent.

    • Previous teaching, product/software training experience is highly preferred.

    • Insurance Industry experience preferred.

    • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

    • The ability to work independently and exercise fiscal responsibility and good time-management are keys to success.
