Working closely with the VP of Revenue Operations, Finance and Business Intelligence, this person is responsible for ensuring the compliance of Sales deals towards established policies and data integrity of deal data getting input into the system. This includes driving understanding and documentation of the Rules of Engagement and Standard Operating Procedures, as well as troubleshooting deal data logic to ensure the accuracy of the systems of record.

What your day could consist of:

• Perform analysis to monitor and enforce data compliance of business systems
• Partner with Sales and Agency teams, Business Intelligence team and Finance to drive completeness, accuracy and understanding of system records
• Ensure clear and accurate Rules of Engagement and Standard Operating Procedure documentation
• Troubleshoot deal data logic to ensure accuracy of the systems of record

What is needed:

• MS Excel skills and comfort with extremely large data volume. Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Extreme attention to details. Highly organized self starter with a positive and learning attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and dealing with ambiguity. Flexible and open to changing priorities, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
• Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
• Team player who is effective partnering cross functionally.
