Delivery Support Specialist II
As a Delivery Support Specialist, you will provide centralized execution of implementation deliverables for the Origami Professional Services teams. The Delivery Support Specialist performs configuration and testing of assigned implementation deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, reliable, high-quality, responsive execution support to Service colleagues.
- Leverage Origami tools to configure the system to meet the defined needs.
- Test configuration to ensure it meets the requirements and specifications.
- Keep implementation team members and team leader apprised of current status of all deliverables.
- Proactively work with Service colleagues to address any open questions or roadblocks preventing delivery.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of technical internship and/or work experience
- Ability to write basic SQL queries is required
- Aptitude for technology, databases, and computer systems
- Detail oriented
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field preferred
- Previous experience with JavaScript, XML, SQL a plus
- Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry a plus
