Director, Business Operations

What we are looking for:
We're looking for a business operations partner who can join our team and play a focal role in our next phase of company growth and scaling. You will own the performance management routine for the business, including driving alignment on our critical growth metrics and translating those to be relevant for our functional leaders, as well as helping the leadership team design and operationalize our scaling plan.
About the Job:
- Own the performance management routine for the business, including how we set OKRs and manage to them (e.g., weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews)
- Drive and translate critical growth metrics across functions
- Set up and manage the telemetry of the business to monitor performance and identify key insights
- Help the leadership team design and operationalize our scale plan
- Own the project management office and infrastructure to efficiently and non-bureaucratically manage scaling
About You:
- Experience using and setting OKRs or other performance management methodologies
- You've been through a phase of rapid growth or scaling, and played a critical role in that scaling
- While you don't need to have experience building and growing teams, you have experience operating as a senior cross-functional individual contributor
- You have managed complex, multi-party programs across functions and geographies
- You may have had job titles or roles in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategy
