Director of Customer Success
We’re Zcruit, a Chicago-based startup that helps college sports teams recruit more efficiently. In the year and a half since launching our software platform, we’ve added 40 Division 1 football teams as clients, including Clemson, USC, Notre Dame, Michigan, and Texas. While we’re currently focused on conquering football, we have our sights set on being the go-to platform that enables college coaches across all sports to find prospective student-athletes. We’re an independently operated startup that is owned by the world’s largest college sports recruiting company. So, What’s the Role?
- Increasing customer engagement with the Zcruit product
- Ensuring customer happiness and high renewal rates
- Helping grow accounts through the introduction of new products and offerings
- Facilitating smooth implementations with new users
- Communicating customer feedback to our product and development team
You’re a Fit if You Can:
- Build authentic, trusting relationships with college coaches and recruiters
- Take an individualized approach to customers and effectively communicate how Zcruit can help each school’s unique recruiting processes
- Establish foundational customer success processes within an organization
- Serve as an independent operator with the ultimate goal of scaling a customer success team
Qualifications:
- B2B SaaS experience in customer success, account management, and/or sales
- Experience in college athletics, either in playing, coaching, operations, or recruiting
- Comfort with traveling (will travel ~4 months a year, weekdays only)
