As Technical Director, you’ll lead our growing global team of 20+ capacity and performance experts. Along with developing the next generation of capacity planners and organizational leaders.
 

Ensono Capacity Initiatives:

1. Lead global capacity team across the entire Ensono disparate enterprise for the capacity discipline

A. Compute platforms (Mainframe and Distributed):

• Perform standard capacity planning functions on supported environments.
• Support and debugging of systems or application performance/capacity events.
• Tracking capacity usage trends and impact to forecasted expectations.
• Modeling of future projected usage and capacity requirements.
• Support capacity meetings with client partners.
• Complete ad-hoc and standard reporting requests and commitments.
• Developing client engagement QBR\MOR updates.
• Support processing of systems metrics into the maintained metrics warehouse.
• Migrate new clients into Ensono support environments.

B. Private Cloud:

• Perform standard capacity planning functions on supported environments

C. Public Cloud:

• Perform standard capacity planning functions on supported environments
• Support processing of systems metrics into the maintained metrics warehouse

Ensono Leadership Initiatives:

• Lead and direct assigned strategic initiatives and programs which result from annual corporate strategic planning effort
• Interview stakeholders and get alignment on initiative objectives and scope
• Develop project approach by leveraging internal best practices
• Make final decisions on project-related activities – meetings, workshops, studies, etc.
• Ensure clear hand-off to execution leaders where appropriate
• Track and report success metrics for the most complex active projects
• Provide updates to stakeholders and team members on a regular basis to ensure on-going alignment
• Gain support / approval for the final proposals through presentations to Ensono leaders

Manage dynamic list of potential strategic initiatives :
