About the role:

This is a key commercial leadership role charged with designing and implementing data-driven vertical-specific strategies that deliver growth, while managing our account management team and strategic customer relationships.

In a typical week, you will…

  • Own and oversee total portfolio, vertical, account and individual fridge performance against our revenue goals;
  • Manage and grow high-profile accounts through white glove account management and consultative selling, acting as a post-close counterpart for Director of Field Sales
  • Track and review fridge performance related issues, owning analysis and documentation of portfolio and vertical-specific trends, and taking appropriate action to rectify account issues
  • Actively examine portfolio to document unique findings within top and low-performing accounts, highlighting potential levers that could increase sales
  • Your team will take full ownership of growing the B2B business of our accounts as an on-site relationship builder, day-to-day contact, forward thinking digital and physical marketer, and event facilitator
  • Continue development and implementation of standard process of account management and activation, teaming with both internal and external partners to identify best practices, ideal structure, and scalability potential
  • Regularly attend key meetings with sales executives that relate to fridge placement, branded spaces, and property engagement and activation
  • Determine potential changes that could increase sales, capitalizing on tenant partnerships, property-wide initiatives, exciting Farmer's Fridge upgrades, and other vertical-specific initiatives;
  • Directly Manage and scale the Account Manager team, aiding in account development, fridge sales and trends analysis, and professional growth

Minimum requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience managing accounts for a high-growth brand
  • Have managed an account portfolio and team of direct reports
  • Strong sales and account management skills and a personality with proven decision making and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Worked in a high-growth environment
  • A deep passion for food and the Farmer's Fridge mission that everyone deserves the chance to eat better
  • The ability to operate in ambiguous situations and be flexible as the organization changes and grows - we are a new place every quarter!
  • Have experience organizing a rapidly growing portfolio into distinct verticals
  • A proven ability to manage and mentor others
