The role:

We’re looking for a talented Director of Product Management for our fast-growing consumer lending business. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to help define the lending product roadmap with a focus on meeting the company’s strategic objectives and supporting Braviant’s mission to create a Path to Prime for underbanked consumers. In additional to collaborating with the Business teams, you will also work hand in hand with the Technology team to manage the end-to-end delivery of new features and solutions to expand and optimize Braviant’s loan origination and servicing capabilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Contribute to the development of the product roadmap for Braviant’s online consumer lending business
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Legal and Finance to define requirements and execute the product roadmap
• Establish and hold the Product team accountable to best practices throughout the product and software development life cycles
• Understand and advise on trade-offs related to time / cost, quality and scope
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights coupled with a deep understanding of consumer behavior to drive impact and ROI
• Monitor end-to-end product performance across loan originations and servicing and leverage A/B testing to drive continuous improvement in user experience and KPIs
• Provide detailed updates on product deliverables (timelines, results, key learnings, etc.) to the executive leadership team and other internal stakeholders
• Roll up your sleeves to remove barriers and obstacles to performance and growth
• Lead and develop a growing team of Product Managers

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including 4+ years managing a team of Product Managers
• Proven track record building and optimizing web and mobile B2C products
• Experience building, leading and developing a high-performing team
• Skilled at developing data-driven business cases to support complex strategic decisions
• Ability to blend strategic and tactical execution skills to drive high-level strategy as well as dive into the weeds and get hands-on when needed

Equally important...

• Experience and preference for working in an Agile environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and results
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into concrete action plans
• Passion for building a high-quality product with a strong user experience
• High degree of proficiency using data to identify opportunities and optimize product performance; familiarity with SQL, Google Analytics, Looker or similar tools

• Experience in the financial services/fintech/consumer lending industry is a plus
• Track record of recruiting and developing PM talent; comfortable with coaching and performance management
