What you’ll do as a Collections Representative

• Communicate with customers via email and both inbound and outbound calls
• Work with customers to set up payment arrangements on past due accounts, complete transactions for payments, and collections related issues, all while providing the highest degree of customer service
• Analyze bank statements to determine appropriate delivery adjustment and assess customer hardship and provide appropriate reprieve
• Navigate the various customer relationship management systems we use and document each customer interaction

You’re right for this job if you have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A love of customer service and helping others
• A stable job history
• An unyielding commitment to a team and department through an excellent attendance record
• The ability to listen and think through a situation and think on your feet
• Problem solving skills to overcome borrower’s obstacles and be persuasive when necessary
• Desire to exceed your goals in a fast-paced, metric driven environment

Shifts available:

Must be available to work between the hours of 2:00am - 12:30pm, most shifts do include 1 weekend day.

Pay and Benefits:

• This position pays $14 per hour, $1.50 shift differential, plus the opportunity to earn competitive incentives.
