The Employee Enablement Learning Specialist is a dynamic and engaging educator focused on enabling ActiveCampaign’s team members to be the best versions of themselves. This role encompasses creating, curating, and delivering resources and learning opportunities, as well as playing a pivotal role in driving our healthy, thriving learning culture forward globally. They will support the organization by enhancing employee onboarding, assessing and addressing specific educational needs within departments, and developing training with specific, measurable learning outcomes. This role will be successful if it creates impactful learning opportunities, drives individuals to develop their skill sets, and maintains quality curriculum consistent with our values and business objectives.

What your day could consist of:

  • Lead the build out and execution of a new extended employee onboarding program that covers key soft and technical skills our employees need to succeed.
  • Revamp the extended onboarding program to include certification or recertification of existing employee base.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain live training on a variety of subject matter.
  • Help to facilitate or manage training and education in an LMS.
  • Perform needs analysis and create or curate resources around a variety of soft skills and technical skills.
  • Collaborate with the other L&D team members and support new and existing programming with training and resources.
  • Drive engagement with our existing resources such as Udemy, including building learning paths to help guide team members to relevant information.
  • Recommend and implement ongoing and meaningful learning and development content and programming and content that are in support of our broader learning plan. Ensure accessibility to content from a global perspective.
  • Build and facilitate cross-cultural training to unite our global team.
  • Provide support as needed for all-company kickoffs or other team meetings.
  • Continue to build awareness and knowledge around L&D topics and developments to ensure the team and the organization are industry leaders.

What is needed:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience creating and facilitating employee learning opportunities, ideally in a fast-growth company environment.
  • Previous experience in an employee onboarding role is preferred.
  • Engaging, dynamic presenter with excellent facilitation skills.
  • A clear understanding of adult learning theory and when to utilize different training methods.
  • Administrative experience with an LMS.
  • Proven track record of identifying business needs and building training programs to address them.
  • Passionate about inspiring growth and development in employees.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse groups across multiple teams.
  • Experience with establishing metrics to validate employee learning and continuously improve resources.
  • Display good judgment when curating third-party resources.
  • Experience working dynamically with a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Thoughtful, critical and creative thinker.
