We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Encompass Support Specialist to join our innovate and passionate team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone and email requests.
- Work as an internal resource to troubleshoot and resolve items that come into the Support Center.
- Provide processing and application support to PODs.
- Report weekly trends to Training Management, in order to assist with curriculum or communication via the Resource Center.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced mortgage professional who:
- Is competent and confident with all GRI platforms including Encompass, AUS (DU/LP), CBC, DataVerify, Mavent, Paperless, and the Resource Center
- Is a multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, who has a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced collaborate environment
- Is patient, a good listener and a problem solver, and provides help in a positive and helpful manner
- Has an excellent disposition, mindset and work ethic
