Day-to-day responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Create customized account plans to diagnose client challenges
- Connect client business needs with Market Track solutions
- Conduct new client onboarding sessions and ongoing client training
- Drive and execute the client renewal process
- Utilize existing relationships to look for new opportunities to grow the Market Track business
- Bachelor's degree (any field) with a passion for marketing, research and account management/growth or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with large data sets a plus
- Self-confidence coupled with strong presentation skills
- Adaptable with strong customer service skills
- At least 1 - 2 years of account management, research, or sales experience a plus
