What You'll Bring:
- Ability to work onsite in the following shift: Wednesday - Saturday 7:00am CST – 5:00pm CST
- Experience with creating basic commands in Linux
- Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting
- Understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
- Proven ability of communicating to various levels of management
- Capable of collaborating with other teams to find a resolution
Impact You'll Make:
- Perform initial tier 1 troubleshooting techniques to resolve and escalate incidents.
- Work with internal business units and vendors to perform root cause analysis for high impacting incidents.
- Creating and maintaining processes and procedures used to reduced mean time to resolution .
- Drive innovations on their team always looking for performance improvement.
- In this critical role, you will maintain operational readiness by working with the right facilities, hardware, and software vendors to ensure timely incident resolution.
