Interested in a highly visible role working with Groupon's largest brands?

Groupon’s mission is to become the daily habit in local commerce and fulfill our purpose of building strong communities through thriving small businesses by connecting people to a vibrant, global marketplace for local services, experiences and goods. In the process, we’re positively impacting the lives of millions of customers and merchants globally. Even with thousands of employees spread across multiple continents, we still maintain a culture that inspires innovation, rewards risk-taking and celebrates success. If you want to take more ownership of your career, then you're ready to be part of Groupon.

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join Groupon’s Enterprise Sales Account Management team as an Enterprise Operations Account Manager to help execute programs with the largest and most complex merchants on our platform. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high levels of client service and a continuous operational improvement. This role is client-facing and responsible for coordinating all operational elements of national Coupons campaigns.

The Enterprise Sales team is focused on acquiring the largest and most complex accounts on the Groupon platform. Most enterprise accounts will work with Groupon utilizing more than one Groupon product (i.e. vouchers, Coupons, product specific deals, APIs, CLO, paid media).

We're a "best of both worlds" kind of company. We're big enough to have resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact. We're curious, fun, a little intense, and kind of obsessed with helping local businesses thrive. Does that sound like a compelling place to work?

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • You will support the Enterprise Sales Representatives as they maximize revenue from new and existing partners, from setup to launch and through the promotional feature period

  • You will handle a portfolio of National accounts includes multiple medium to some of Groupon's largest revenue generating accounts of varying levels of complexity

  • This person will drive asset collection and facilitate content approval with partner

  • Coordinate and drive redemption solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Support sales teams by liaising with internal stakeholders to facilitate swift and satisfactory solutions to partner problems or concerns

  • Resolve live deal issues including pricing and availability with calm and urgency

  • Develop and share best practices with Operations team with a razor sharp focus on outstanding partner service by optimizing processes and eliminating non-value added work

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience

  • You have a track record of delivering outstanding partner services

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment

  • Strong organizational as well as written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to establish effective relationships with all levels of management

  • You take an entrepreneurial approach to task management and take control and handle tasks independently

  • You have a passion for the experience - both for customers and merchants - and can diffuse even high-tension situations with ease

  • You have experience building rapport with merchants and demonstrating interpersonal skills that lead to positive outcomes

  • You pay attention to the details and have a proven ability to multitask

  • You have solid decision-making skills, customer-focused instincts, and sound judgment

  • You have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a high degree of integrity and patience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, plus a thorough knowledge of web technologies

  • Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred
