The Role
We are looking for an exceptionally motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations support engineer. You will be part of a highly visible, strategic team focused on aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands. This role will be responsible for end-user support of MS Dynamics Supply Chain Management suite and assisting implementation and functional consultants with testing, configuration, and documentation.
This role will collaborate with the MS Dynamics project delivery team to ensure that end user get timely and accurate support for day-to-day issues. This is a unique and "greenfield" opportunity to join a fast-paced organization and build an excellence center, with clear and tangible impacts on the future of Green Thumb. This role will be required to be on site in our Rolling Meadows, IL offices.
Responsibilities

  • Handle end-user support requests Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software
  • Analyze and troubleshoot the ERP system.
  • Diagnose and fix issues on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Escalate issues to senior consultant and development
  • Assist in authoring and performing tests
  • Assist with documentation
  • Coordinate with IT help desk on infrastructure issues
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses, special projects, and other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management
  • Self-starter with high motivation and passion to thrive and adapt in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented, ability to self-manage and take ownership
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions
  • Experience creating detailed reports
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
  • Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information
  • Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb
