PartySlate was founded in Chicago and has also launched in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, San Francisco, San Diego, Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Boston, to name a few, with more to come. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with events, sales, and marketing teams on creative vision, strategy, and execution of PartySlate-hosted events in cities across the country 
  • Manage pre-event logistics, including event invitation creation, guest list creation and management, tracking RSVPs, event communications, branding and experiences, schedules, and more 
  • Own event planning from pre-planning coordination through logistics/execution, post-event wrap-up and evaluation including measurement of ROI, attendance, and evaluation of areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales/CS to select event partners and manage partner relationships Create event marketing materials and creative assets 
  • Travel to events, on average 2 times per month 
  • Manage on-site event logistics, including day-of preparation, vendor management, timeline execution, run of show at the event, outside of work hours 
  • Review and provide input on event strategy and event ROI/KPIs
  • Responsible for managing all budget tracking, payments, and vendor contracts
  • Maintain the integrity of the PartySlate brand and voice within all content and imagery 
  • Stay up-to-date on event, content marketing, and social media trends 

 

Qualifications

  • A strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment with multiple cross-functional partners 
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in events, marketing, or related field 
  • Proficient in Google Suite and HubSpot or other CRM
  • Extremely strong research, writing, and editing skills 
  • Highly organized, self starter, and self motivator

Location

Our Chicago office where we were founded is in between The Merchandise Mart and East Bank Club. We have a flexible hybrid work environment and have employees located all over the country.
