Who You Are

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and highly effective Executive Assistant to be the right hand person to our CEO. Your extremely high attention to detail, strong communications skills, and ability to think multiple steps ahead and anticipate needs will serve you well in this role. In addition to coordinating travel and managing the CEO’s daily scheduling, you will help attend key meetings to capture action items and manage follow ups, conduct industry outreach, and draft presentations and materials on behalf of the CEO. If you enjoy building relationships, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment, this may be a great fit for you!

How You’ll Contribute: 

  • Partner with the CEO to create a highly efficient, effective, and fun company.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, and lodging; proactively manage changes as they arise
  • Coordinate all scheduling and Google calendar management; continually monitoring for conflicts and addressing appropriately
  • Communicate and correspond with leaders in our industry on behalf of CEO
  • Create presentations, Board Decks, and related reports and materials
  • Prepare and submit CEO expense reports in accordance with company policy
  • Participate in meetings to capture key action items and conduct follow ups, as needed
  • Plan and coordinate meetings at industry events
  • Develop strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Support CEO and leadership team with other special projects and duties, as assigned

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in G-suite and Microsoft Office
  • Extremely strong attention to detail; highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; impeccable grammar
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate needs
  • High level of professionalism and integrity; confidential and trustworthy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Positive, can-do attitude and approach to work
  • Highly motivated and extremely resourceful; no task is too big or too small
  • Friendly and outgoing; not one to take themselves too seriously
  • CPG, retail or technology/services experience preferred, but not required
