You'll be supporting the President of this exciting, fast-paced, ever changing, customer obsessed organization. The ideal Executive Administrative Assistant (EA) is motivated, results oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding support while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What you'll do:
- Facilitate processes necessary to effectively support the President of Trunk Club
- Schedule, coordinate, and prioritize meetings and activities
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues
- Book travel arrangements including airfare, hotel and car rentals and coordinate travel schedule and reservations for President
- Review operating practices and procedures, determine whether improvements can be made, and work with management to implement changes as appropriate
- Perform event planning and coordination functions including equipment, staffing, and catering
- Assist in maintaining department budget and expense reconciliations
- Actively drive special projects and support other Executives/teams as assigned
- Provide support and customer service with high attention to detail and accuracy for all customer service inquiries including escalated situations
What your background may look like:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent applicable experience
- 5 - 7 years of administrative experience, 2+ years supporting executive level staff
- Ability to interact with people (at all levels) in a fast paced environment sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with a high level of professionalism
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Google Documents and MS Office suite
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of retail environment a plus
