What You'll Bring:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can provide professional, complex administrative support services predominantly for one Executive Vice President and two other Executives within the same group.
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior level executives
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Concur Travel Solutions. Skype for Business and Visio are a plus
- Strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills, with attention to detail
- Must be able to interact with on-site and remote staff members, and build effective relationships
- Ability to plan accordingly and complete assignments accurately and within the given deadlines
- Composition skills, a mathematical aptitude and report compilation experience preferred
- Independent judgment, the ability perform role in the absence of a manager, a professional demeanor, and discretion in dealing with confidential matters are required attributes for the incumbent
- Experience managing international travel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Impact You'll Make:
- Primary liaison between the executive and the executive peers, organizations/customers, vendors, consultants and other internal and external contacts.
- Utilize your knowledge of corporate operations, company policy, the organization, personnel and services to execute daily responsibilities.
- Support EVP/SVP in problem solving, project planning/management and development, and execution of stated goals and objectives.
- Develop and prepare monthly business review documents through engagement with sales, product and finance leads who submit recurring content.
