GoHealth is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff, management team and clients. You will be responsible for managing a wide arrange of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving clerical, administrative function, research as well as schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, data analysis, management of meeting minutes. 

Due to the unprecedented situation of COVID-19, GoHealth has decided to protect our current and future employees by managing our business remotely. This is inclusive of interviewing, onboarding and each role day-to-day. Please consider that our roles will not be remote long-term and will return to an office setting once we're safe to do so following the guidance of local health authorities’ and the CDC.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains organization of documents within the assigned sales operations Assists with the coordination of logistics with visitors, arranging lunches and meetings
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Manages daily calendar events for assigned Executive
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments as assigned
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings
  • Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Experiences:

  • Associates or Bachelors' degree in business or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Manage and prioritize Executive’s calendar
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple sites and departments
  • Experience in an administrative role within a sales focused contact center, preferred
  • Able to sit for long periods of time at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
