Be an integral member of the Market Track & InfoScout team, helping make the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and Senior Vice President of Sales (SVP-Sales) better by prioritizing and addressing inquiries, organizing meetings, and responding to requests promptly and constructively.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a broad range of executive administrative support and assistance. Maintain absolute trustworthiness and discretion to keep information confidential.

  • For the CGO and potentially 1-2 other key team members, receive and respond to routine correspondence and disposition as per provided guidelines, and schedule appointments and meticulously maintain calendars in a proactive manner.

  • Provide document and presentation assistance as needed by collecting, editing and synthesizing information from multiple sources.

  • Organize tactical and strategic team meetings from agenda creation, sending invitations and possibly taking minutes and establishing action items.

  • Organize team and company offsites in Chicago, San Francisco and elsewhere including arranging travel and meeting logistics.

  • Facilitate InfoScout Academy (training for new hires), new hire welcoming.

  • Assist in preparing presentations for the Board of Directors.

  • Participate in ad hoc analysis and project-based work as needed.

  • Accomplish established goals and objectives and make the team and people around you better.

  • Display impeccable professionalism and appropriate business conduct at all times, while having fun and expressing your character internally.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of administrative support in a professional environment.

  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • High energy and passion for the role and for helping and supporting others.

  • A self-starter who can both work independently as well as with colleagues and as part of a team.

  • Highly positive attitude, calm under pressure, always looks at the bright side.

  • Equally comfortable taking direction from others and in dealing with ambiguity.

  • Highly trustworthy, operates with complete and total discretion when required.

  • Advanced organizational skills and multi-tasking ability with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in office applications, including Google Suite, GMail, SFDC, and the MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting a fast paced and growing organization.

  • Experience supporting C-Level executives and a board of directors.
