Executive Assistant
Hireology’s technology empowers businesses to build great teams. Over the last eight years, we’ve grown from a startup to a market-leading organization with over 175 team members, and we’ve created an award-winning culture that makes this company an amazing place to work.
It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a dedicated member to our team, to help ensure fluid communication between all internal and external stakeholders, consistent timeline execution, and creative problem-solving. The Executive Assistant is the person who enables us to ensure we delight our employees and customers, unlock our company’s full potential, and deliver lasting growth. We’ve grown exponentially, and we will continue to grow even more - our Executive Assistant will help us get there faster by ensuring the Senior Executive team is supported in their roles
As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
Project execution: There are a lot of cross-functional initiatives here at Hireology. You’ll need to be an expert at scoping projects and managing them to their successful conclusion.
Communications: We are in a lot of meetings and make a lot of decisions. You’ll be directly responsible for ensuring the right message gets to the right person on time. To do this, you’ll need to gain a quick and deep understanding of responsibilities across the organization, and build relationships with team members to effectively deliver messages.
Scheduling: As we mentioned, there are a lot of meetings! You’ll need to make sure the right people are in the meetings, and if there is travel involved, you will need to coordinate those plans as well.
Making work easier: Growing a business high double digits year over year requires a lot of focus, attention, and effort - you will need to make sure we can focus on the growth of Hireology by making our work life easier. A few examples of this are, conducting and delivering effective research, preparing us for calls, making sure meeting attendees have what they need, or even reminding us when we have forgotten to send a thank you note.
So what kind of person are we looking for in this role? We have a unique culture here at Hireology, and the person who will be successful in this role will be:

Creative and Curious: maybe we have not done things the way they should be done - you’ll be able to find areas we can be better and make them better.
A Person of Integrity: not negotiable in this role or any at Hireology.
