Performs administrative duties for CTO . Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making complex travel arrangements, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data, and customer relations. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, superior interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Manages CTO’s calendar and schedules appointments. Calendar is quite dynamic and requires constant attention.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings and events. Creates yearly, quarterly and weekly calendars.
  • Reads and routes incoming mail, replies as appropriate.
  • Prepares outgoing correspondence, reports, email and other complex documents.
  • Answers and screens phone calls and responds independently or directs to others to handle.
  • Assists with preparing budgets and other financial documents.
  • Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
  • Manages special projects and programs for the CTO.
  • Arranges travel plans and itineraries, and compiles documents for travel-related meetings.

Preferred qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience supporting Sr. Level executives in a technology environment.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
