We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to be an extra pair of hands for our executive team. You’ll be supporting our CEO, COO, and VP of Finance. If you have advanced G Suite skills, are highly organized, and take responsibility for the success of your projects, you might just be the person we’re looking for.

Our platforms, 55places.com and Neighborhoods.com, invite users to imagine their life in a new area by providing a local’s perspective, including detailed descriptions and resident reviews of schools, amenities, and the surrounding community.

What you’ll be doing as our Executive Assistant:

  • Providing support and assistance to our CEO, COO, and VP of Finance.
  • Maintaining the flow of information for internal and external stakeholders regarding a wide range of open projects.
  • Coordinating meetings, calendars, and travel.
  • Creating slide decks for executive and all-hands meetings.
  • Conducting research on topics relevant to open projects or company goals.
  • Performing administrative tasks, e.g. expense reports, drafting correspondence, recording meeting minutes.
  • Coordinating with vendors and planning events.
  • Handling sensitive, confidential information.
  • Taking ownership of other special projects as needed.

  • Have a professional demeanor and a sense of humor.
  • Can handle confidential information.
  • Have advanced skills with G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Apple products.
  • Are comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Are detail-oriented, but don’t get bogged down by details.
  • Want to learn how our business runs.

Basic requirements to do the job:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Clear and concise verbal communication.
  • Project management skills.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Are comfortable reading and reviewing legal documents.
  • Have used DocuSign to collect electronic signatures.
