About the Role

We are seeking an efficient and hardworking Executive Assistant to support our CEO and SVP, Sales in either Chicago or San Francisco. The successful candidate is high energy, ambitious, creative, very organized, and eager to pitch in to help our company grow.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management
    • Manage CEO’s and SVP, Sales’ complex calendars in an organized and efficient manner
    • Travel arrangements
  • Expenses; Submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner adhering to company policy.
  • Event Management
    • Organization of quarterly meetings, company wide events, offsites, volunteering events, new hire lunches, etc.
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks and projects as requested.
  • Office Management
    • Work with the building management on any office repairs and maintenance
    • Maintain technology inventory
    • Order office lunches and snacks
    • Keep the office clean and stocked for team members
    • Be an active member of the internal Culture/Operations Team; attend team meetings and contribute to team initiatives and goals

Requirements

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Resourceful, confident, and great problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer and technology skills
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative to accommodate workflow
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all level of management and staff. Must be able to uphold a strict level of confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide a strong, strategic partnership with the executive to improve day-to-day efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively across a range of personalities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred Change to 3-5 years
