FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - #589
(Remote Position: Location can be in CO or anywhere East of CO)

eGym, Inc. is looking for a solution-minded and customer-oriented Field Service Technician for the successful implementation and maintenance of our software-based fitness equipment. You have strong mechanical,  electrical and IT skills and enjoy working with customers? Then join and help us grow day by day.

Your daily workout

• You will travel throughout the US to analyze and repair mechanical and software-based product issues to guarantee high performance of our machines
• You will install and implement new eGym machines in gyms across the United States
• You will be working closely with US implementation, sales and operations teams
• You will be responsible for the correct documentation and reporting of customer issues and service calls
• You will be part of a small but growing US team and will regularly be asked to perform other duties as required

Your fitness level

• You have formal training as an electrical/mechanical technician, industrial electronics technician or have equivalent experience
• You have strong mechanical, electrical and IT skills
• You have strong analytical problem-solving skills
• You are solution-minded and service-oriented with good communication skills and enjoy working with customers
• You can work independently and are self-motivated
• You must be able to travel 75%+
• Ideally, you have already gained work experience in the fitness industry
• You bring first experience in working with a CRM system, e.g. Salesforce
• You are able to lift / move heavy equipment

Your personal trainer
eGym develops, manufactures and sells advanced software and hardware products for the fitness market. We develop electronic fitness machines and mobile applications connected to our cloud infrastructure. Our iPad app allows the trainers to support the members more effectively by giving them access to workout schedules and training results. Users are enabled to track their training progress using our fitness machines and mobile apps.
