Purpose:
This role was created to meet the demand of an expanding and ever-changing audience who relies on the training Home Office provides to help them achieve their personal goals and drive our company forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal team and other business units in the development of training content to be housed on company Learning Management System, Field Leadership workshops, monthly virtual training sessions and National Conference breakouts
- Identify training needs by evaluating performance gap trends on a regular basis.
- Translate performance gaps into online or in-person trainings that will support consultants for the next step in their career path
- Develop or oversee the production of supplemental job aids, instructional materials, and manuals
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into field business results
- Evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes

Education and Experience:
- BS degree in Education, Training, HR, or proven track record in a related field or profession
