Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, fast-paced packing and fulfillment technician to join our team. In this position, you will be working to ensure the right medications are put in the right divvyPACKS, working directly with the robotic machinery, and transitioning divvyPACKS through the different workflow stages from initial dispense through quality control. You will aid pharmacists with receiving, counting, packaging, and fulfillment.

Typical Day:

  • Quality control and packaging of medication orders for customers.
  • Printing and affix appropriate labels on dispenser and divvyPACKAGES
  • Sorting and triaging the right boxes to ensure divvyPACKAGES are delivered in a timely matter
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and meet quality control requirements prior to fulfillment.
  • Stand for long periods.
  • Lift and push or pull up to 20 pounds.
  • Strong computer and typing skills are required.
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate issues clearly.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and proactive to meet varied patient needs.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Dedicated to excellence and quality.
  • Passion to help people and enrich their lives.

Bonus but not Required:

  • Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board and maintain a current certificate, preferred.
  • Can play the accordion. Just kidding, that’s optional.

Required Education, Experience, Certification, Licenses:

  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • High school diploma /GED required.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screening and background check
