The Role

  • The Funding Specialist role requires high attention to detail and degree of accuracy performing administrative tasks in order to support our traders
  • The role is also a great fit for candidates who are super organized and love checking boxes off of their to-do list
  • We’d love for you to think creatively and passionately about the ways in which we can make every user interaction as meaningful as possible
  • You will get to contribute to the overall growth and innovation of the company through ideas and participation in collaborative team projects
  • As a member of the Trader Support Team, you’ll contribute to team goals by focusing on Customer Satisfaction ratings and response time

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. You don’t need to be an expert, but you must have intermediate knowledge
  • Friendly and empathetic by nature. You’ll be interacting with our traders in an exciting but stressful time and you should naturally want them to have the best experience
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality. The volume of work will ebb and flow, similar to that of the Customer Support Representatives, and we expect everyone to support one another
  • Works well under pressure and able to maintain composure in difficult situations. Your main customers will rightfully feel a sense of urgency so this is crucial
  • Quick technical learner, who retains important information and can adapt well to change
  • Experience in or knowledge of the financial markets would seriously be ideal. This is not a deal-breaker, and we’re willing to train you, so please apply even if you don’t have it!
  • Excellent English writing skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and overall positive attitude. We thought these were assumed, but better safe than sorry.
