What You'll Bring
Experience with incident response, including identifying, investigating, and responding to attacks and assessing impact.
An understanding of threat landscape in terms of the tools, tactics, and techniques of threats employed in both commodity and custom malware.
Knowledge of applying Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools, Splunk, and other commercial tools to review, assess and collect data.
Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and cybersecurity TTPs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable leading meetings with executives at customer sites.
Exposure to cloud security and API security threat modeling.
Awareness of control frameworks like NIST, ISO, PCI, HIPAA/HITRUST and other industry recognized standards.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or related technical field.
Impact You'll Make
Lead investigations into security events at customers of TransUnion, including working with business leaders internally and externally to determine courses of action.
Conduct on-going monitoring of OSINT, vulnerabilities, and alerts to analyze impact to customers.
Interact with customers to assess their security posture, remediate, and drive security awareness.
Perform analysis of the threat landscape to produce reports and recommendations.
Join transformational initiatives in cloud security, Zero Trust and API security.
