Global Immigration Specialist

We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and energetic Global Immigration Specialist for the coordination and administrative support of our customer's outbound immigration applications. The Specialist will report to the Global Immigration Manager and will work along with all levels of our organization, serving as an integral member of our global team.
YOU WILL:
- Support the Envoy Global Team logistically
- Drafting consular and other support applications
- Manage Business Visa Application processes
- Complete Consular application submissions
- Communicate with Consulates and Visa Centers
- Conduct research
- Perform basic document intake
- Photocopy documents
- Be in a customer-facing role communicating/interacting both internally and externally
- Work on applications for business visas and work permits
- Map out processes – timelines, etc. to make sure no deadlines are missed
- Effectively communicate with and manage expectations with various clients across a multitude of industries
- Scan, file, and upload documents based on client and partner requests
- Update system with approval notices and expiration dates
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree required; GMS certification preferred
- 2+ years of administrative immigration-related work experience and global exposure preferred
- Passion for immigration law, an interest in international and/or global affairs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An aptitude to effectively multi-task and stay organized
- Strong attention to details - an absolute must have
- An innate sense of urgency
- Experience performing highly within a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving with limited supervision
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and other computer software applications
