We’re looking for a Head of Digital Service Operations to build and run all services aspects of what we do to support our customers on their Inquiry-to-Order and Order-to-Fulfillment journeys, including Costing & Quoting Operations, Customer Engineering, and Customer Success functions. You will have the opportunity to develop and deploy an entirely new function, consolidating previously separated functions to better serve our customer.

About The Job:

  • Own top-level business metrics, including Customer Satisfaction, On Time Delivery, and Cost to Serve
  • Collaborate across functions, including Operations, Sales, Software Engineering, and Product to deliver a delightful, easy-to-use customer experience 
  • Develop and deploy standard processes and run rules for external and internal stakeholders 
  • Drive a relentless focus on process efficiency and automation, playing a significant role in our process automation roadmap development and deployment 
  • Reports in to Chief Fulfillment Officer

About You:

  • Have experience building and scaling new organizations and teams in high growth, fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Understand fundamental operations practices in services functions, with experience in engineered products or products requiring some level of implementation engineering 
  • Have built or been the main business owner in helping to build tech stacks for services functions, such as Sales Operations, Technical support, or Customer Success teams
  • Ideally have experience with robotic process automation or other business process automation tools, but not required 
  • Have a perspective on leadership and what it means to be a leader in a creating a company from the ground floor
