We are looking for an ambitious client-facing, director to grow and guide a team of talented consultants through a significant period of organizational growth. Saggezza’s automation and advisory team leverage expertise in automation solutions (robotic process automation, intelligent automation, and hyper-automation) to guide company senior leaders and key stakeholders to achieve objectives outlined in their strategic plans. As a leader in the IA CoE, you will help drive the intelligent automation roadmap as well as shape emerging technologies in Automation and AI.

The ideal candidate will be an automation expert, with considerable experience (10+ years). They will be willing to take on delivery and team growth responsibilities. To achieve team growth, the successful candidate will need to work with the Saggezza sales/ business development team but should also be able to leverage their network.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a catalyst for change and enthusiastic about cultivating a culture of automation throughout an organization
• Orchestrate a team that works effectively together; efficiently coordinate and communicate with other leaders, team members, and stakeholders
• Be analytically minded and be passionate about sharing the value of Automation.
• Oversee, empower, motivate and inspire; mentor and develop consultants to build capacity and strengths through focused, constructive feedback and challenging work assignments. 
• Be comfortable working as part of a distributed team and able to travel to client sites.

Notes:

• The position will be based in Chicago at the Saggezza HQ or remote
• Travel is required for team growth and delivery, post COVID-19

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant discipline. Including but not limited to Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting. 
• At least 10+ years of professional services experience from a top-tier management consulting firm or services organization within a technology company with a focus on automation. 
• Proven track record in implementing solutions, in terms of technology and delivering business results
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
• Deep experience with key automation technology including but not limited to:

o Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path, Kyron Systems

o Unqork, Appaian

o Celonis, Signavio
