Responsibilities:

• Oversee company routing software and manage end-to-end delivery process.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff for daily delivery as well as weddings & events.
• Serve as lead dispatcher for peak periods and wedding weekends.
• Meet weekly KPIs on delivery margin performance across business units.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in managerial operations, delivery, or logistics roles.
• Familiarity with the latest routing technologies & mapping systems.
• Obsessive attention to detail with excellent task management skills.
• Self-motivated with a startup mentality and passion for problem solving.
• Ability to work wedding weekends and holiday / peak periods.
