Responsibilities:
- Lead HITRUST engagements serving as a project manager. Coordinating scheduled tasks and tracking completion of work by Wipfli team and client team members.
- Communicating status and issues to Wipfli and client stakeholders. Assisting Wipfli relationship executive in problem solving identified issues.
- Mentoring and training younger associates to assist in their growth and understanding HITRUST engagements
- Assisting in the development and improvement of HITRUST related service delivery
- Participate in the Continuing Professional Education program, essential to competence and continued professional growth
- Participate actively in community activities to develop and maintain positive business relationships with community leaders and individuals
- Participate actively in firm sponsored events for clients and prospects
- Other duties as assigned to perform the responsibilities of the position and meet client expectations
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology or IT project management related discipline
- 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in similar role
- A high level of initiative, strong written and verbal communication skills and business acumen oriented around small to middle market companies
- Strong organizational skills in coordinating multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CISSP and/or PMP certifications are desired
- CCSFP ideal, if not, willingness to become a CCSFP
- Minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Prior experience as a consultant is required
- Knowledge of technologies such as networking, servers, databases, endpoints in on-premise and cloud-based environments. Includes knowledge of technology management tools (e.g., mobile device management, firewalls/IDS, endpoint protection, encryption, audit logging and monitoring, etc.)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Adobe
