About the role

The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading and executing the implementation process for all new customers. This position will be working closely with customers to ensure a successful and timely roll out.

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership and accountability of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery during the Implementation phase
• Implement multiple enterprise customers simultaneously
• Facilitate on-site kick-off meetings and post go-live trainings
• Maintain responsibility for complete execution of the roll-out
• Ability to train and clearly explain the benefits, best practices and functionalities of the FourKites solution.
• Facilitates hand-off from Sales to Implementation as well from Implementation to CSM
• Direct and perform follow-up as necessary to complete projects and elicit customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain project plans for each customer

Experience requirements:

• 2 years of experience in software implementation or project management
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Demonstrates a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner
