What You'll Bring:

  • Proven ability to solution complex ideas directly with customers, market planners and technology teams.
  • Experience in supporting functions for existing and new client deliveries end to end – from initial scoping and quoting through implementation and post-production support.
  • Expert in analyzing and documenting business requirements.
  • Ability to foster enterprise relationships directly and successfully navigate a matrix organization.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional senior-level managers and executives, both internal and external.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex technical capabilities and analytical concepts using laymen's terms while articulating their value.

We'd love to see :

  • Expert knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance.
  • Techno-functional, operational orientated, familiar with big data.
  • Ability to: problem solve; work with little formal guidelines and direction; make decisions using the appropriate level of information; provide appropriate guidance to others; balance external and internal requirements.
  • Professional, positive, and outgoing demeanor.
  • 8+ years of professional experience; Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, or computer science or equivalent field.

 

Impact You'll Make:

In the First 90 days

  • The Batch Solutions Director will work directly with our market verticals, product and Global Technology teams to understanding customer and partner business strategy and determining how our batch products can meet market needs. 
  • You will interact with the Batch Client Engagement and Fulfillment Directors to understand voice of the customer and voice of the user; provide feedback to our internal partners to ensure alignment.
  • You will work closely with other business partners in the matrix to build complex solutions.
  • You will analyze internal business metrics to be able to provide recommendations internally and o our partners.
  • You will aid in the growth and development of your direct reports including managers.
  • You will be part of a team focused on the design and delivery of market-driven solutions.

 

Beyond 90 days

  • You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand overall priorities, and set expectations through clear and frequent communication (verbal and written). 
  • Solution and Develop new tooling and expand existing tools like Robotic Process Automation, Automation, and scripting to reduce mundane fulfillment activity.
  • Analyze and socialize product metrics including feature breakdown, vertical segmentation, and revenue.
  • Development of internal batch products.
  • Support of market and vertical batch product releases.
