The Role
The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in providing world-class implementation experiences for new Edulastic (GoGuardian) customers. They will drive early product education, account and data integrity, customer satisfaction, user engagement, and digital implementation initiatives. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with sales, customer success, technical support, and product teams.
What You'll Do

    • Guide Edulastic rostering decisions to maintain account and data integrity.
    • Proactively ramp up technical deployments of Edulastic within multi-use environments (Google Classroom, Clever Library, Canvas, Schoology, Classlink, and Clever) for both new and existing deployment types.
    • Guide trialing and active customers through successful Edulastic product deployment.
    • Manage onboarding workflow for a high volume of customers undergoing different stages of the sales cycle and experiencing varying levels of need.
    • Structure onboarding sessions as conversations that employ active listening and user-driven experiential learning.
    • Leverage effective troubleshooting techniques (call-based and written form) to support clients during implementation.
    • Act as an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and empathetic brand ambassador to new and prospective customers.
    • Contribute to or own documentation of technical instructions, troubleshooting knowledge bases, and/or cross-functional and internal processes.
    • Represent early customer experience in cross-functional projects and decisions.
    • Cultivate and expand portfolio of user education and best practice literature in Help Center and client-facing Highspot.


Who You Are

    • Qualifications:
    • In depth knowledge of SQL tool queries, roster sync processes, Edulastic user name mapping, and cross functional sync behavior (Clever and Google Classroom or Clever and Canvas).
    • Expertise in identifying current roster syncs and implementation of best practices for future syncs.
    • Prior experience in a role that combines demanding project management and grit with patience and people skills.
    • Product training, implementation, technical or customer support; coaching also valuable.
    • Clear, engaging, and efficient communication skills, both spoken and written.
    • Ability to quickly develop rapport and trust with a diverse customer base.
    • Strong technical and analytical ability.
    • Knowledge of K-12 district structures, LMS sync, and rostering.
