Implementation Training & Enablement Manager
About The Role
The Implementation Training & Enablement Manager will be focused on enabling our implementation team to operate more efficiently and provide a better and more consistent experience to our customers. The Implementation Enablement Manager partners with our Implementation Consultants, Project Managers and Solutions Architects to develop and maintain:
- Implementation tools and documentation
- A knowledge base of implementation best practices
- Client training materials
- New team member training content
The ideal candidate will have content and communication development experience, excellent critical thinking skills, training development and delivery experience, strong organizational skills, and a process improvement mindset. SaaS Experience or Implementation experience is preferred.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and maintain a content management strategy for implementation content.
- Manage development and maintenance of implementation methodology materials and tools such as info sheets, presentation decks, playbooks, workbooks, etc.
- Develop, maintain, enhance and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for implementation team new hires and existing staff.
- Partner with product managers to understand new functionality and incorporate it into existing training and other documentation.
- Identify, research, scope and build business cases for new capabilities required to scale, e.g. training, new technology deployment.
- Develop, standardize and enhance a client training framework to support client user training at go live.
- Develop classroom agenda and course content according to individual client objectives as needed.
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, video messages etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually for clients and implementation team.
- Utilize client and internal feedback to enhance training content and framework.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS in relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Process Improvement, Training Development, SaaS Implementation or Support, Customer Success, or Ops experience
- Experience with training strategy and content development
- Experience with process improvement initiatives/projects, in a SaaS environment strongly preferred
- Effective communication on complex topics, especially in written form
- Must be comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Must have excellent business communication, facilitation, writing and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple, complex priorities and balance the needs of each according to business impact
- Advanced MS Office User. G-Suite and Process Mapping (Lucidchart, Visio) strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business process and best practices
- Confidence in advocating and driving adoption of best practices
