Integral Ad Science (IAS) is seeking an Incident Management Specialist to join our Customer Excellence team in Chicago. You will work closely and communicate cross-departmentally in a fast paced environment to provide input into processes and planning to help drive internal improvements post-incident. You will build relationships quickly and drive escalations during high pressure scenarios.

What you'll do:

• Incident management governance
• Managing the detection and recording of incidents
• Assignment of incidents and escalation
• Monitoring incident progress by priority
• Chair post-mortem meetings & follow-ups
• KPI tracking along with creation and presentation of metrics and reporting
• Prioritize work
• Training - evaluation and delivering
• Find creative solutions
• Operations support

You should apply if you have most of this:

• 3-5 years prior Incident Management experience
• Ability to think through difficult issues and provide advice or when necessary, seeks advice
• Ability to work on assignments requiring sound judgement in resolving issues or in making recommendations
• Ability to apply sound use of judgement in resolving difficult issues, make remediation recommendations, or seek advice when appropriate
• Initiative to drive all incidents to resolution, ensuring timely participation by all stakeholders
• Ability to use judgement within limits of standard practice
• Without hesitation, escalate issues to upper management, to include C-Level managers, in accordance with prescribed procedures
• Proficiency with Jira, Slack, and video conferencing (such as Blue Jeans)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Team player having the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with all levels
• Experience using Google G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Hangouts, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
• Incident Management and Incident communication experience

What puts you over the top:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum or related collaborative workflow
• ITILv3 Foundation Certification.
• AdTech Experience and/or SaaS environment
• Flexible work hours and possible weekend work
