Job Description

As an Integration Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the 1st line support of feeds to data consumers. The role requires you to have a good blend of both customer & technical skills as you will often be required to talk with both commercial & technical contacts.

This leads to:

  • Improved time to resolution 
  • Providing the known first point of contact for all Client Integration Incidents and Service requests 

 What you will do

  • Provide 1st line support for internal & external customers
  • Day-to-day management of the Client Integration IT Service Management tool, making sure SLAs are met by responding to and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of every aspect of the Brandbank service including an understanding of consumer content and/or online retail industry and related technologies.
  • Monitor Client Integration services to ensure agreed uptime is met.
  • Perform troubleshooting on Client Integration production issues and recommend appropriate solutions and monitor all Client Integration maintenance activities.
  • Set up new client standard feeds and work with the client and internal teams.

We’re looking for people who have

  • Understanding of Databases and SQL is required.
  • Understanding of XML and Web Technologies is required.
  • A strong level of technical knowledge.
  • An understanding of complex data structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, including building customer rapport.
  • Ability to manage your own time effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • The ability to understand and dive into the detail of a solution, e.g. API definitions.
  • Desire to learn and develop new skills
