- Installation and troubleshooting of hardware & software
- Day to day help desk support (desk-side & remote a like)Document & Update support policies and procedures
- Asset tagging and management of inventory software
- Re-imaging of laptops and desktops hardware
- Software deployment
- Hardware deployment
- Desk-side support when needed
- Execute projects to improve systems and operations within the department
- Other IT Support tasks as directed by Manager
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, ability to work overtime is a must for this role.
- 1+ years of hands on technical support experience
- Basic network knowledge
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to handle on-call work on a rotating basis
- Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software
- Knowledge of Windows, Android and iOS
- Knowledge of IT inventory management methods and organization
- Experience with Google Admin & G Suite app administration is a plus
