Role Description:
The IT Expansion Associate role is an integral part of our growing team and will report to the Expansion Manager. The role will support various expansion activities as it relates to IT support as needed.
Core Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot IT issues from desktop, printers, and network
Ensure continuous uptime for computers, printers and peripherals, and working with vendors to service basic medical equipment
Work closely with our Help Desk professionals on "trouble tickets" assigned to you
Assist other techs on the Help Desk with troubleshooting issues
Work with vendors on escalating issues, as necessary
Assist with company expansion in multiple states, including setup of equipment, such as network racks, LAN and wireless network, desktop computers, scanners, printers, TVs, phones and conferencing equipment
Accurately document network equipment and wireless locations, including photos of performed work for data tracking purposes
What are we looking for?
We're looking for motivated professionals with:
At least 3-4 years onsite experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to travel 60% out of state for 1-2 weeks at a time
Team lead or management experience a plus
Experience working with multiple versions of Windows
Demonstrated PC skills (MS Office, Google docs)
Access to reliable transportation (work related driving expenses will be reimbursed)
Experience with Cisco Meraki routers, switches and wireless access points
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
Cat 5e and Cat 6 cable experience
Competent working with power tools and hand tools
Cable management experience
Basic knowledge of printers and scanners
Knowledge of fiber and coax cable
Professional experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate clearly with clinic staff and upper management
US work authorization
