What you will be doing:

Lumere is looking for a Systems Administrator to own the support of all hardware and software needs for our staff of approximately 100 local and remote employees. This position will also be part of security, compliance, and new technology procurement teams. The successful candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, a passion for customer service, and a deep seated technical curiosity.

The Systems Administrator will also partner with the Infrastructure and Compliance Lead on company wide initiatives. As part of a small team, this position will have a large impact on the IT of the entire company.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the face of the IT department as the main point of contact for the company’s IT helpdesk.
• Creating an IT culture where users feel like they have the tools and support to do their best work.
• Troubleshooting PC, Mac, network, and A/V issues.
• Supporting and managing our 50+ SaaS systems as a cloud native company.
• Onboarding and offboarding employees, including provisioning computers, setting up peripherals, and providing in person tech training.
• Participating on disaster recovery, incident response, security and compliance, and new technology teams.
• Generating new ideas about how to improve our company’s IT.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience supporting PCs and Macs in a corporate environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and communication.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Working knowledge of networking.
• Experience scripting in Bash and PowerShell. Python a plus.
• Familiarity with G Suite, Office 365, Zoom, Meraki a plus.
• Technical certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for learning.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., on an occasional basis.
