Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!

• You will be a team of one! but with other support
• Manage inventory of IT assets including MAC laptops and supporting equipment
• Technical troubleshooting on equipment issues with Mac/iOS equipment
• Utilize tracking tools and manage a queue of incidents
• Ability to build process and train a dispersed team
• Working from an assigned queue, focus on asset management and system upgrades
• Track and deploy assets from the field tech team
• Insuring internal compliance with all company Security policies and practices
• Monitoring and tracking system updates and ensuring employee compliance
• Training on systems as needed including providing written training docs

Experience we’re looking for:

• Experience as end user support role, both in-person and remote, required. 
• Knowledge of Apple hardware and software required. 
• Basic knowledge of iOS and Android required.
• Basic knowledge of networking topogoly required. 
• Knowledge of JAMF a plus. 
• Experience with AWS workspaces a plus. 
• Experience with strong security policies and practices necessary
• Experience with Office 365 a plus
• Experience with Google Apps for Business a plus
• Experience with VPN a plus. 
• Basic knowledge of VOIP a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and with a team
