Kenna Security is looking for a driven and creative IT Lead to work under the guidance of the Corporate IT Manager to streamline support for roughly 200 users and counting. 

This team member will have the opportunity to learn about a vast number of cloud-hosted applications, including Kenna's own application as it pertains to internal company use. They will work to troubleshoot and support a variety of different technical issues for employees that work in Chicago, the San Francisco Bay Area, and internationally. 

What are some of the interesting problems you'll be working on:

  • Work within a lean internal IT team to tackle multiple projects as we continue to grow
  • Managing hardware assets and scripting in Jamf Pro
  • Supporting user groups with a wide range of technical ability 
  • Desire to learn new technical concepts and adapt to changing security needs
  • Strong time management and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail 
  • Providing and authoring technical documentation 

What does it take to work at Kenna:

  • Experience working in a startup environment and/or with software development teams
  • Experience with Linux and/or VDI administration
  • Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and/or working with security auditors
  • Knowledge of Okta, Atlassian Cloud products, and/or Cisco Meraki
  • Experience working with a human resources department, eg. with onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Experience in administering and troubleshooting a macOS fleet
  • Experience in administering cloud-hosted applications in an identity management capacity
  • Understanding of basic network and systems infrastructure concepts
