The IT Sales Business Analyst role is in the Customer Experience & Insights department within IT at Motorola Solutions. Our IT organization isn’t just here to support our business. The IT Sales Business Analyst role is in the Customer Experience & Insights (CXI) team within the IT department at Motorola Solutions. We at CXI create experiences that enable our sellers to sell more, our employees to serve more efficiently, and our customers to more effectively serve their communities.
The Sales Business Analyst will work with business users, product managers, IT resources and third-party implementation partners to implement and maintain Sales CPQ solutions. We are looking for aspirational talent looking to grow, learn new things, energize and add tremendous value to meeting the needs of our customers.
This role typically has the following responsibilities:
Lead key initiatives for the Sales function, enabling technologies to deliver business value
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for various projects
Act as a liaison between Business and IT experts, translating technical solution in business friendly language to Business stakeholders and vice versa
Translate and document business requirements into actionable Jira stories
Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions
Collaborate with cross functional IT teams to recommend and develop optimal Sales CPQ solutions to meet business needs
Assist in testing developed solutions to meet business requirements
Working knowledge of Sales technologies like Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, and similar tools.
Knowledge of Agile development methodology and Jira
Ability to partner with cross-functional team members to deliver solutions
Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Demonstrate willingness to learn new technologies and skillsets
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience with sales processes
